Data Governance
& Privacy

Legal protocols and handling standards for the Veltrix enterprise evaluation framework. Updated June 17, 2026.

01 Data Collection Limits

At Veltrix, we prioritize administrative lean-ness. We do not engage in persistent tracking or active scraping of visitor profiles. Our data collection is limited to information explicitly provided during consulting inquiries or through our standardized static tool evaluation forms.

Captured Data Points:

  • Contact identifiers (Name, Enterprise Email, Organization)
  • Technical environment specifications for consulting mapping
  • Static evaluation telemetry (Session duration on methodology pages)

We strictly exclude the collection of sensitive personal information unless specifically required for San Francisco jurisdiction compliance or verified professional identity checks for high-level implementation guides.

02 Inquiry Retention Policy

Records of strategy consultations and automation audits are stored in an isolated, non-indexed vault for a period of 24 months. Following this window, data that has not matured into an active implementation roadmap is programmatically purged to ensure zero-redundancy storage.

Active Records

Maintained for the duration of the consulting contract plus 12 months for historical architecture review.

General Inquiries

Standard 90-day retention loop for non-enterprise follow-ups and evaluation feedback.

03 Third-party Zero-Share Pledge

Veltrix does not monetize user data via third-party advertising exchanges. Our revenue model is driven by direct consulting and directory placement evaluations, not by the brokering of professional contact lists.

User data is never transmitted to AI tool vendors listed in our directory without explicit, per-session authorization from an enterprise stakeholder. Our role as a strategic filter requires absolute independence; sharing data with the tools we evaluate would represent a conflict of interest in our 12-Factor Core methodology. Any metadata used for internal efficiency mapping is fully anonymized to strip organization-specific logic before architectural stress testing occurs.
